Stage 06 · Lesson 1 of 1 · 10 minLive today
Change many pages at once
When you have many similar pages, you don't edit them one by one. There are two ways to change them together.
In this stage · 06 Decide · 0 of 1 done
Quick version
Pages › select the pages → tell Jarvis the change → check them → publish. Or Data › Page variables → edit cells → publish.
Steps
Step 1 · In the page list
Ask Jarvis to edit a set
- In the page list, select the pages.
- Tell Jarvis, Coframe's assistant, the change: "Change the button to Book a call on all of these."
- Jarvis edits each page and reports back. Check them, then publish.
Step 2 · In the Data tab
Use variables
A variable is a named value on a page, like
city, phoneorheadline. The page shows the value where the name appears.- Open the Data tab, then Page variables.
- You see a grid: pages down the side, variables across the top.
- Edit any cell. Or ask Jarvis to fill a column: "Write a one-line subheading for each page from its city."
- Publish the pages. Variable changes go live when you publish.
Check it worked
Good to know
- Variables need a publish. Tables don't. If content changes often, put it in a table instead. See A variable, a table or a part?
- Dials are variables you can see. A dial is a control a page offers, like a color or a size. Its value is stored as a variable, so you can change it on many pages at once too.
- Coming from ads? Import a Google Ads export or a sheet of keywords. Jarvis suggests a value for each page.

Round again: 02 Build
Click anything to change it, or ask Jarvis. Make one page, or a page for every row in a table.
